Kendra Scott, a jewelry brand on the cusp of a major expansion into the lifestyle and gifting world, with pillars that focus on "Family, Fashion & Philanthropy" was looking for a longterm partner to help build their future through digital and omnichannel. The foundation of Kendra's success has been her innate ability to utilize natural stones and custom designed shapes, which has brought her from a small start-up to a multi-million dollar business loved globally.
The challenge–to tell the story of craft, variety, personalization, quality and to reach a broader audience online. With over 50 locations, the Kendra Scott retail stores were currently telling a more prominent brand story than their digital presence and website, which was lacking diversity and storytelling.
User research, audience/persona exploration and a product photoshoot styled/art directed to portray the product as high quality jewelry and stones were conducted as a part of our pitch strategy. Concepts were created to show customization tools, wedding registry and gifting mobile tools, associate in store tablet experience, and of course a new website design to tell a story that connects in store and online. The account was ultimately won.
